Just a heads up it looks like chronicles fat pack boxes are being sent opened with no shrink wrap, so maybe that means Target/Excel won’t be sending out sealed cello/fat pack boxes

That tends to be the time Walmart drops stuff, at least from what I've seen over the last several weeks of watching. It's not a hard rule, but I'd say 70-80% of the time the initial drop of a product happens then.

Not sure about this cards specifically, but I've also seen Walmart drop other items at like 2PM EST as well. I would say it'd be safe to do a quick check every hour.

Question on these packs though, I haven't seen any yet this year, these are new?

Of course, I've seen it happen at 2pm too, just not as often. Also, they tend to happen right on the dot of that hour it seems.

Does WM tend to drop on certain days more than others or do they do it sporadically?

Agreed, and I will point out quickly that with items they know are going to be in high demand, I’ve seen them actually release them in short little batches, I believe either every 10-15 minutes. So like they would release at 3:00, 3:10, 3:20 ( or 3:15, 3:30) etc. Probably not the case here, but never know. Just want everyone to have a shot at getting packs!

Default Target Online Sales Thread

Just went through the ringer on a “sneaker site” that helped deter bots. Had me drawing boxes around objects, asking to spell race car backwards, “what comes after 2”, “are you a bot?” … had me doing mental gymnastics but it worked and the site didn’t even slow down! Target are you listening?!

I think this board is a little off on its perception of Prizm baseball. It sells just fine the secondary market if that is something you are into. I looked it up after this discussion and its not the stinker most make it out to be. Prizm Draft on the other hand

lol i figured that would get a reaction. I’m 40, so I’m a SnEaKeR MaNz? But also, like sports cards, understand where it was vs where it is now (“the culture”). All the same, sneaker sites know how to deal with bots (kinda), just thought it was interesting. But someone pointed out that Target is also investing in new software that seems promising so here’s hoping

It looks like about the same as Topps flagship. These were the cheapest Buy it Now for each of them.

No they're not. Target doesn't care about bots. They'll do bare minimum to try and help. Like drop cards weds instead of Friday. Sneaker sites sell sneakers, it's in their best interest to make their primary customers happy and not loss product to bots and possibly lose customers. Target isn't a card shop, their primary customer isn't us slobs trying to get some cards. They don't care if you get the cards, or bot Boi gets them, they get paid and that's all they care about. Target could just stop selling cards all together and it would be unnoticeable on their bottom line.

I don’t disagree with this mostly. Maybe it’s false optimism but I’m just riding the wave like everyone else hoping to catch something target sells other highly desirable products too so i could see them investing in something for special lego releases, funkos, game systems, etc. they’ve probably just been doing a patchwork job with their existing system and seeing it’s not suitable for today’s new market
