Nice! That's great to read. Thanks for the insight. My biggest worry is/was the surface being pressed up against the inside of the slab. If the sleeves are announced for September and there is a month+ wait time, that's not too long, no complaints here.

I don't think I'd be doing the custom stuff regardless, unless there's some wild card design, or something else that creates an exceptional situation. I'm already looking at cards I want to get slabbed and team color combos for them. Are there home / away combos you can do? In other words, primary colors for home colors and vice versa?

I mean honestly on the walkthrough video it seemed like a lot more of a technical analysis than PSA does, they basically scan the card and pull it up in extremely fine detail so they can see every single mark on the card. I ready a write up about PSA and how with the current amount of employees they have, and the number of cards they grade a day it would be literally impossible for the grader to spend more than 30 seconds looking at the card.

Another attempted conversation with a PSA hater/HGA fan boy. Started off fine then he got increasingly hostile then accused me of being hostile and blocked me. Literally cannot make this stuff up. HGA has some warriors let me tell ya. They should give this dude a discount!

HGA came out and branded themselves as an AI grading company. They specifically state their grading is objective yet have provided no proof of this.

It's an absolute joke they have been able to get away with this.

Do they have an option on site to see grades pop before getting them in hand? Like SGC does?

HGA customers have been on the bad end of HGA growing pains over the last 8+ months.
I have had very good luck personally. I am not a flipper or a dealer, most are for PC and look great.
Some collectors are very loyal to older TPG's along with Set Registry's. Many do correctly
point out shortcomings. I believe HGA is evolving and fixing/improving issues along the way.

I have submitted some of my PC cards to HGA too and I like the slabs so far. What interesting to me is that while people laugh at HGA and applauding SGC(I like SGC too) or CSG, their resale values are very similar (if not more for HGA). HGA is my choice among those three as long as PSA is still out of order.
