Those layoffs are definitely a red flag for any kind of investors. Especially Topshot and Strike are in a deep crisis and Golazos (LaLiga) hasn’t been released yet. EPL (which was probably a pretty expensive license) still in the making.

Wondering how much liquidity Dapper has to survive this? I mean Candy and Panini aren’t exactly knocking it out of the park, but they can afford too slowly grow this.

These unicorn tech companies that aren’t turning a profit today are dead in the water over the next 12-18 months unless someone acquires them. They stand no chance of obtaining funding when you can get treasuries at 4%+.

I don't know if the market cap means much now because it is based on floor prices and not last sold. If nothing is selling at the floor price then is it really an accurate assessment.

I think it's the opposite, they have a decent vision with a mediocre product. If they had the UX design that Dapper has, it would be awesome.

They have the one thing Top Shot doesn't, and is probably key to something like this working long-term, an app.

It's like buying retail wax, or scratch off tickets. If you do it for fun, great. But if you are doing it as a financial strategy, you'll need luck.
