Both of these cards have light surface issues. Fairly common with 2007 TC Refractors. Not really scratches, but just what looks like factory problems. Can only see them really well if you start tilting the cards a certain way. Still excellent eye appeal cards if your plan is not to grade them. Priced accordingly.
