When you send an invoice, you create a closed group for combined shipping where someone has to manually ask for a new invoice or send a ticket request to get the combined shipping fixed. There are a lot of issues with the automated invoicing process and eBay is aware of them. We are not alone in experiencing these issues either. Sometimes it works perfectly for buyers in our store and sometimes their items don't combine even if left completely alone. We are always looking into this and communicating issues with it to eBay to try and get it resolved. Appreciate the feedback and we will make sure to keep working with them on it until it is corrected.

Hey PC....Just wondering if you have finalized your new Beckett grading prices. I understand they were going to be lowered to follow Beckett's lead, but the website still has the original grading fees.

I asked that not too long ago. Short answer...won't be lowered.

Interesting - okay.

It's more that I was told by their CS that my submissions would be credited back to the new lower prices once that was finalized.

I'll take it from your reply that's not happening.

I am not sure who you spoke with regarding this, but that is incorrect and there will be a price change.



All orders that are currently out will be adjusted to updated pricing. If you were told by the team that the new rates will apply for your order then that will be honored.

Dumb question: how do I pay for my grading orders out of my balance from what I earned on consignment? I've got plenty to cover it but they are marked unpaid and I'm unsure how to get it processed to where they are marked paid. I know there is a 'Request Quote for Purchase' option when looking at the grading order but there's no additional information about what that option does, and I wanted to be sure before clicking through/submitting anything.

When you get the invoice email from GroupSubs you can reply back to use your available balance to pay for it, or you can directly email them as well to let them know.

Request quote for purchase is asking us to send you an offer to buy the selected cards outright from you.

If you look into your sub details on the website the cards with upcharges should have an asterisk next to their name in the card column. If you would like a breakdown of the charges you can email GroupSubs.
