Good point. Maybe I just got lucky on my last two orders. Hoping to get this batch back in the next couple weeks and maybe sell a handful before I'm on vacation.

Everything at a crawl! That is what doing over 1 million cards per month will do, especially with all the specials.

No clue on the 7 or the N6 and the 8 was a throw in for somebody else, so given nearly 80% gem rate don’t think I’ll be complaining, and have a little bit more confidence in my ability to judge now.

Holder issues, box issues, and probably also vacation season issues. My previous two orders did pretty much fly through. I'm hoping the next one can get done this week as well.

I’ve got the same exact issue. I have PSA searching for my submission. Are you absolutely certain they found your exact submission. They contacted me a few days ago saying they found mine… but it was a mistake and was just one of my other submissions.

What day was yours delivered?

USPS and PSA’s website both show my most recent submission as delivered on 06/17, but status still shows as “Order Prep.”

Yep - it's the same submission number (with the same card count) that was missing. It's now in research and id.

I have the same issue, so I filed a Missing Mail claim with the USPS and got a message from the Customer Service guy in Newport Beach that said they had a glitch that day and couldn't scan packages as delivered. That PSA received over 1600 packages that day, but 2 weeks now since it arrived in Newport Beach and still nothing on my PSA account that it Arrived?

I reached out to PSA Customer Service. They confirmed that my order did arrive on 6/20, and "we are currently entering submissions that arrived at our facility on 6/12." This was on July 3rd. So, there's hope.
