Yeah. My NBA special has been in grading for two or three weeks when previous orders were going from start to finish in a month or so.

I have not personally seen this for a couple years now. That said, I also got pretty strict with what I submitted after a couple of abnormally low gem rate orders during the COVID days.

yeah, gotta be pretty strict on what you send in nowadays. To you they gotta look like rock solid 10's to get a decent Gem rate any more. That leaves a lot of cards raw sitting on your table just starring at you - what to do with all those now ?

As you can see from the picture, I sent a card in last week for Super Express which they received on 9/20. Technically, today is the fifth business day so they are still within the range.

I'm pretty sure though that the lack of an order number means they haven't even begun processing yet. If this is the case, the five business days don't start until the order begins processing.

Why am I paying $283 for regular service time? If my card isn't in the mail Monday they are refunding me some money.
