Pretty damn high if it has a strong auto.

There can't be that many of those cards out there, and it should have a premium over the Prizm auto, since the Optic Auto is actually a rookie parallel and Prizm auto is it's own insert set.

Personally I'm holding out for the Notable Signatures version with either his Twitter handle, Chiefs Kingdom, or Patty Ice inscription. PSA 10, no White box.

The 2018 second year auto has the Chiefs Kingdom inscription. I think only a handful have the inscription though. So a bit hard to find.

I love Contenders, but there are only 14 PSA 10 Optic Holo Autos, and only some of them have a non-streaky auto. I'll take it over a Contenders unless its a PSA 10.

Institutional money is back into the market, somewhat similar to how it was 4-5 years ago.

The high dollar question right now is: "Do you have a card that sports card portfolio builders will fight out with collectors?".

Not to mention some dimwit at Panini decided to have athletes use black auto pens instead of blue for much of their 2016 and 2017 products. A blue auto on those Condenders and Optic rookies would look so much better.

For those non believers..
On goldin..a bgs 9 decent 3 color patch NT /15 is sitting at 24k while a bgs 9 good 3 color patch NT /99 is at 87k…the patch on the /99 is better but not by 63k diff…this goes to show how strong the /99 is…there is a barely 2 color bgs 8.5, same auction sitting at 22k…might even surpass the /15 when auction closes..again shows /99 is more sought after

As we speak the NT /99 bgs 8.5 has caught up to the /15 bgs 9 (better patch /15 also)…

Great sale last night:
PSA 10 NT /99 372k
Bgs 9.5 (barely 3 color)..138k (not bad , I thought it would do 120-ish)

My 3rd and final Mahomes pickup of the year is at eBay authentication, so when it comes through later this week, I'll be showing off what I added to the collection this offseason. I'd say that this year I met my goal of building up the collection while folks were focused on other sports, so yay for me for having discipline!

Everything rare and Panini is blowing up right now, especially in PSA 10. I'll give one example:

A 2023 Prizm Gold sold for ~$7k a year ago. A month or two ago it sold for around $13k. Two weeks ago I saw the same copy sitting in a showcase at the West Coast Card show.... the only Mahomes Prizm Gold being sold by a dealer in the entire show. My friend offered him a $15k card and $6k trade, and the dealer turned it down.
