Not if he had apples, strawberries, blueberries, or grapes. FT JR loves eating those.

Don't be an old grump. Better to give them a candy bar instead of them doing something nefarious to the compound.
Like clean it up?

We should all aspire to be that, at least at heart.

Interview went well with the guy I interviewed today to fill our 4th position. Dude sounds like he'd fit well here personality-wise too.

Sitting at the office bored out of my mind. T is gone for the rest of the day. She thought she'd have to pick her nephew up, but she didn't. So she's going to pick N up from school and get ready to go get candy. Hopefully we are able to do something Sunday. They are waiting to hear if N will have choir practice after church.

Pretty sure if I worked in an office all day I'd jump out a window. This is torture

High school is up 16-0 at the half. They were playing sloppy when I was out there. Threw a pick and fumbled. It was 13-0 when I walked out.

As bad as we’re playing, we’re holding a 8-1 top 10 team to 68 total yards, including negative 18 rushing at the half. Meanwhile we have 288 total yards.

43-0, first undefeated regular season since 2001. That was a season I’ll never forget. 9/11 happening, losing a teammate and VERY close friend during the season, no stars on the team, we were just some hard nosed players.

Final total stats, them 131 total yards, us 572 total yards. We had a senior WR score two touchdowns. His yardage gained on those 2 touchdowns, 130 yards.

Sorry. I meant with the rest of my employees. Not here in SW with you NNs.

He's an ex-Marine too so there's lots of fun to be had with that.

Good thing Boo doesn't live in this neighborhood. There were a lot of teenagers out trick or treating with the other kids. He probably would have berated them for being out including the one who was autistic.

We ran out of the 120 pre-made bags within the first hour. We had to start giving out the spare Hershey minis from the 2 extra bags we had. Thankfully, it died down about an hour and a half in, so we still had plenty of those to give out.

FT JR and Cooper both had on the same shark costume. Colton was a taco. Derek was a pirate. They had a good time going around the neighborhood. The sheriff came around and wished everyone a Happy Halloween. There was even a decorated float with a bunch of adults drinking.

So Colton let us know that FT JR has been talking with this girl in our neighborhood. She's 13 and is in 8th grade. Colton showed us her photo and low and behold she comes by our house in the exact same shark costume as FT JR. He said they planned that.

This morning we are meeting the middle SD and granddaughter at the Oak Grove Volunteer Fire Company in Colonial Beach for their fundraiser breakfast. Mrs. FT then wants to take all of the Halloween decorations down. I'm going to take her out for date night tonight to Texas Roadhouse as she is craving a steak.
