Hi all
First post!.

I sent my first submission into SGC. I live in Canada but use US shipping because it's cheaper. Dyk post is a company that will take my package across the border and have their agent make sure everything clears without tariffs. First package went smoothly.

10/26 Dropped off at DYK Post in Calgary
10/28 Crossed AB/MT border tariff free
10/30 Scanned to USPS
11/3 Arrived in FL
11/4 SGC Pickup from PO
11/7 SGC Scan

Counting day 1 as Monday Nov 10th. Not holding my breath after seeing the recent submissions.

Got my grades, and order got shipping back. I can see the images on the main screen that are tiny, but it won't let me download at the moment, not sure what that's about. Not a problem, though, the 2014 Prizm Jordy Nelson Purple got a 10 (no surprise) and the 2025 Barry Larkin Finest Moments Gold Refractor Auto got a 9.5 and 10 on the auto (although I didn't specifically ask for an auto grade... still nice it got a 10!). So, aside from it taking a bit longer, pretty happy with the results of this sub!

By default SGC will put the auto on the flip if it is a 10, otherwise they will leave it off.

Makes sense, I think this was the first auto I've directly subbed to them, so was just pleasantly surprised it had a 10 on the auto!

I would say only in the past couple of months. I had an order in August that didn't took just about the minimum of 15 days, even though the one that's supposed to be delivered today was about 25.

Since it hasn't shipped and isn't done, I'm guessing it will take another 5-7 calendar days to receive my order, (maybe more?) which means orders now are taking approximately 7 weeks to get back door-to-door.

This is the longest I've ever had to wait for an SGC order. Sucks.

I was hoping that I would get this order before December 6th (card show). Looks like it will be close.

My last order I sent in (Rec'd by SGC on 10/6, Grades on 10/31, Delivered on 11/6) so it looks like times have gotten slower over the last 2 weeks.

Not just slower, but customer service has declined as well.

I emailed SGC last week since my 20 business day order was well past due and still in "received" and I never heard back at all. In the past, Brent would always reply and explain things. Now? No reply at all and Brent is gone too.
