His oWAR wouldn't change -- his dWAR would. That's assuming his hitting would be just as good playing the field every day and his defense in a corner outfield spot is at least average. If he were as bad defensively as Teoscar Hernandez, for example, it wouldn't change anything with defensive value.

This^^^.

If you think of it as run prevention value instead of defensive value, then Ohtani gets plenty from when he pitches.
