Huskers crack AP Top 10 for second time in history of the program. We’ll see how long it lasts.

$22m don’t get you all that much apparently. Kentucky just lost again. At home this time, to unranked Missouri

Illinois beat Missouri by 43 points. Kentucky must be really bad.

Huskers overcome a 16 point deficit in the second half to win at Indiana. Unbeaten continues for now. Amazed. Wisconsin with the upset at Michigan.

Who had Vanderbilt as the last school to have both men's and women's teams undefeated?

Now they know what it feels like! Wasn't at home though, so still not as bad as them destroying my Purdue team at home

Point shaving was happening LOOOOOOONG before online gaming was embraced and legalized in the US. It's not like these criminal rings suddenly started operating in 2023 because Fanduel enabled them. Watch the movie "The Gambler". One of my personal favorites. It's a good example of how illegal gambling looked and operated for decades, and there is a point-shaving substory that mimics exactly what was happening here with this latest case.

I understand your point. Maybe mine is better stated that it makes a bad situation worse. There’s no stigma or deterrent at least compared to the past. I’ve gambled on sports before and quickly found out it’s near impossible to beat the vig and few can consistently.

Next three of four games are at Michigan, Illinois at home, Purdue at home with an away game at Rutgers fit in. We’ll know more after this stretch. Not sure when Frager will be back. Huskers at 20-0. Still wonder if it’s a dream.

Appreciate the comment. It’s been fun but still a ways to go.

Illinois with the big win at Purdue. Wagler with 46. Boswell being out ended up not mattering. Illini out-toughed the Boilers. Both teams will give Huskers all they want and more.
