Thanks. They just emailed me yesterday that it was received. They seem to be running a month behind and (as of two days ago) they shut down their call center to catch up. Hopefully others who are waiting get notified soon.

It depends if it is BAS no issue they don’t charge until the product is reviewed by the authenticator, if it is BGS you probably should’ve been charged by now though it can sometimes take longer.

With how they had to increase the turnaround times and stop group submissions they really shouldn’t be running any specials at the which involves grading.

BAS doesn’t charge you until the day the authenticator looks at your item. So when you get charged that is a good way to know your order is close to being complete with them.

I said the same thing. Kind of crazy trying to intake priority turnaround orders when you just doubled most people’s turnarounds.

Saw a video w/Neo interviewing Ryan Hoge of PSA. Says Beckett has about a 5 month backlog of cards. Said the optimal range at anytime for these companies should be two months of backlog. Also said these companies should only run specials if the backlog of cards is under two months.

Received this update two days ago. Monday is exactly one month from when I was told they would be making me a check.

Now two months since I was told I would be receiving a check. Customer service phone number has been shut down. Emails do not get responded to.

Beckett is an absolute #@#@#@#@ing joke.

Final update. I had asked them(forgot to update this prior) to just pull my card and ship it back to back to me. Magically graded the next day. Card will be off to PSA as soon as it gets back.

New CEO is quietly doing something over at Beckett

For the past 12 months I've been watching, their daily grading tallies are generally between 2-5k.

For the past month they've been doing closer to 5-10k.

I also see TCG swinging hard in Beckett's direction. I think that momentum will carry. Hopefully it slowly translates to some of the old sports heads coming back.
