He was pushing this last night on the YouTube stream. But interesting that right now it's just prizes based on the number of referrals, no actual ripping going on.

What do we think about Ascended Heroes Pokemon Center ETBs long term? Specialty sets seem to do pretty well. Once more product is released if these dip below $300 are they worth scooping up as many as possible?

Was considering the same thing. But the promo card doesn't seem to be a big chase right now.

If I had known just how far away from the top we were when I said this in May, I would have thrown every single dollar I had into anything low pop from the mid 2000s to early 2010s. This run is incredible.

The print runs of those eras are microscopic compared to today I would throw in Black & White era too. Even XY is tiny compared to what they are pumping out today, yet they cannot reach demand. Like Fanatics is trying to 10X the sports card hobby but Pokemon has probably 1000X their stuff over the past 20 years.

I tell ya, ascended heroes has some A+ arts. Need the Hawlucha and Meganium for my PC, also love the Hitmontop and Dugtrio

Pull rate seems so bad, though. Do agree the set has some nice cards.

Funny, everyone was saying that Ascended Heroes was going to be the new Crown Zenith with the pull rate. Not seeing that so far.

A set having God packs really hurts the pull rates, like literally thousands of packs worth of pulls getting wasted in the God packs. Then again if you are lucky enough to hit a God pack you aren't complaining. And often when someone hits one they post it online so it "looks" like the packs are loaded just like in sports cards people post all these awesome hits they are getting - the thousands of bad boxes don't get posted about. I honestly think ripping any packs of any product is a bad idea now - buy the singles you want and save the frustration of trying to pull big hits.
