If they keep premium support manned only by humans, it should be okayish, and I would think they won't be willing to risk alienating their big accounts. If you are doing that kind of volume on the site, you will very rarely have dumb questions.

On the other hand, they have put more trust in AI than their expertise permits at least once. The buying agent was a total fiasco.

I’m a bit late to the COMC game, but I just grabbed my first card from them (for free!). My $50 investment has now turned into 132 cards in my inventory, plus I’ve got a nice chunk of store credit

So based on the past two posts and all of us knowing about the shipping issues, how close is COMC back to their COVID situation with everything?

I had cards ready to mail out but if they can't meet their now very long wait times to begin with what's even the point?

What in the actual ????? Email sent out today is ignoring all issues and pushing ideas that do not clear up any backlog. I usually just delete their emails, but I was interested to see what the battle bracket was about, and I am wishing I did not. Too much time spent on these guys.

I'm surprised there isn't more talk about this. Some may recall my bitching about the fact they misidentified a card of mine and it sold for like $100 under market. In November. I had since contacted them nine times via their online form and via email. Over the course of the past few days I've received an email for EVERY communication I sent them. So nine reminders of how their customer service is non-existent for many of us. And the kicker? They STILL have not contacted me about my issue.

response I received to the THIRD email over the span of 2 months I sent them about a problem that has been unresolved for a long time was the auto reply saying they're clearing tickets

I plan to make a complaint with the State of Washington. I'll let you guys know how that goes in case anyone else is interested. **EDIT** or if anyone knows anything about how that works, why my idea is bad/good, etc. please let me know.

Btw my expected ship date was 2/9/2026, but still have 336,000 shipping requests ahead of me.

Out of curiosity, I checked what the date for a shipment entered today would be, and per the shipping request page, a 91 card order at the standard level is quoted to ship March 18. That's earlier than the revised date for my shipment entered 1/13!

That's probably what you're looking for. As for how it works or whether it's a good idea, hard to say. I doubt they want to be dealing with the State AG's office, though, so it may help light a fire under them.

Same. I had been replying to my initial email every 10 business days. Got that same email for every communication I sent them. At least I know that got my emails...lol

Even with their stupid standard shipping rates, it's still cheaper to ship a pile of cards than it is on eBay. And, if a person is also snagging stuff below comp, then that mitigates some of the time concern.

If more eBay sellers were using ESE, then I'd be buying a lot more there and probably less on COMC. I'm already buying less on COMC since I mainly buy from what I sell, and they are having problems getting stuff listed. This one hasn't even been touched yet:

Part of me wants to just put the entire port up at 70% off ask and take a break from the site should it move.
