Received my slabs back yesterday, upon immediately opening the box there was no bubble wrap/protection on the top/bottom of the cards just wrapped around the slabs thinly and each card inside a plastic sleeve that still had the top exposed to the box. Upon inspection the only 2 10's in the sub are both damaged with one completely with crack through it.

This will be the last time using beckett, and have reached out on twitter and their customer service for compensation (I will not be resending them to wait another 4 months for encapsulation).

The website lists the Standard service level at 25 business days.

Did you submit at this tier or at the Base level (50+ business days)?
