Did you offer it? It seems like you are placing the buyer entirely at fault, which would only be fair if they shipped to a third party and declined insurance.
It does appear though, that anything shipped to COMC is a huge risk for buyers.

actually its between the buyer and COMC.. I have no connection to that company what so ever. I have no idea why this is in question either.

I did not ask to have an item shipped there.. I simply did as my customer requested. It's not a sellers responsibility to cover not only their own liability, but also the liability of a company their customer wants their item shipped to as well. The fact that you all seem to completely gloss over COMC's liability in this case boggles my mind.

Was going to say the same thing myself. Have received multiple packages (bubble mailers) in much worse condition, and delivered as if nothing happened. In fact it happened just last week.

From my experience (and without mentioning how many packages/transactions I've had so this doesn't continue to be a man-part measuring contest as a certain member felt the need to point out) the USPS will only issue the we care sticker/bag if the package itself was torn open at some point in transit, or if the package was completely destroyed. Neither of those appear to be the case on this particular package.

However would you agree if it had arrived to the buyer like that then you would be responsible? It seems to me you choose to just take advantage of the fact it wasnt.

Yes.. as I ALREADY STATED.. anytime a package arrives to a customer damaged or the item itself is proven to be damaged in transit.. I happily accept a return for refund including shipping costs. I don't understand why its so hard to comprehend the extraordinary circumstances of this case.

PS.. I am referring to me wrongly posting the ID of a member could speak on my customer relations... i should not have posted that ID and he quoted the post. He then tried to extort money from me to have it removed.. that's way out of line.

OP.. if you do have an image in your bucket that includes my personal information.. I ask that you remove it thanks

How about you send that money to the charities you claimed to donate to in my name over the years? Nothing hypocritical here at all.

This guy is so obsessed with me he had me sign a baseball for him at the 2013 national, then was suppose to donate $50 to charity.. yet has never shown proof for doing so. Previous to that he was supposed to donate $500 to the charity of a sick child mentioned on this site many times if I could prove him wrong on a subject.. I did.. no donation ever made.

I have asked this many times and will do so again... LEAVE ME ALONE

Jon is a man of his word. How dare you insult him. I can tell you with 100% certainty that he has made many donation over the years. I think you owe him an apology.

I will come out and say that I have received a package from you and it was packaged very well. It also looks like this package was stepped on at least twice by the bend and 2 distinct marks. That being said, I think you should issue a partial refund.

seems like it's simple, but there is a loophole that absolved the seller of responsibility, and he's taking it.

I don't have a dog in this fight (I don't know you, I don't know OP and I don't know jlzinck), but you've crossed the line here. I don't know if what you or saying is true (and, frankly, don't really care) but it has nothing to do with this thread and seems like nothing more than petty bickering among, presumably, adults.

The smarter thing to do would have been to just help OP out. Instead you've tried to pass the buck to COMC (who it seems must super collect Tony Wroten and Nikola Mirotic) and in the process undoubtably lost current and future customers. I hope it was worth it.
