Dear Goodwin & Co. and PWCC,
How many consignments have you sold for Gary Moser? Are you willing to provide a public list of Gary Moser sold consignments to notify/protect the auction winners? Collectors should know if they have a potentially altered card given the extent of this thread. Never get cheated, Right?

To date, what has become of bringing the individuals that engaged in this type of deception/fraud to justice? As far as I know we are all in the dark.
Are the buyers simply being offered purchase cost reimbursement? How about the loss of value if they had purchased an unaltered numerically graded card (purchase grade vs. todays market price)? PSA is sending individuals back to the seller, who I understand is offering purchase price, however that seems like a potential loss of value versus present market prices... To me, the most important question, who does PSA protect, card doctors or collectors? What I mean by that, does PSA have all the submission records for cards submitted by the individuals featured in this thread? Shouldn't all those cards/certification numbers be recalled for evaluation to protect collectors? Never get cheated?

PSA probably just wants a certain distribution of grades in their pop report no matter what. It helps sell slabs.

The buyer of this card is presently unknown (masked id of y***n). It was purchased thru PWCC and sold thru PWCC so there should be records of this buyer/consigner.
PSA has a record of the card submitter. Note that both sales were by PWCC, but only the second time (post ateration) did the card receive a Certified High End sticker by Brent Huigens. *There was only a four month time period between sales. This post will be updated when/if the buyer is identified or possibly a new thread will be started. Lovely. As I have said many times, the hobby is an unholy alliance among card doctors, sellers, and TPGs.

Bill Goodwin, I have heard, is back for yet another stint in the business. I wonder who his consignors will be.

PSA is not even trying anymore...
When have you ever seen legitimate 1948 Leafs with borders that narrow? One quick glance tells you definitively that these cards are trimmed. PSA doesn't even need their missing rulers for these cards. This has transcended incompetence, and has entered the criminal corruption phase.

Are the years listed correct? All these examples are 10-11 years old?

Why wouldn't they be? PSA was aware of Gary Moser and friends being major trimmers in 2005 and Joe Orlando remarked at the National that year that he would not suspend their ability to submit cards. As said before, if PSA (and new co-owner Nat Turner) wanted to make things right, they could DECERTIFY ALL CARDS SUBMITTED BY MOSER, PWCC, and the rest of the known card alterers outed.
