BIN's are not a good indicator of the market. You need to look at sold listings. There is no 2022 product out so exactly how can you declare a winner when the other hasn't even released?

refractors and atomics selling strong and this is raw.

Well, I used a sold just as an example of the market and got push back. So went to available BINs as another look. It certainly puts things in perspective and lines up well with the sold comp I threw out. Maybe a little later I'll list all sold numbered BB50's.

Not that it will satisfy anyone who's made up their mind, as my first 2 attempts attest lol.

So even if I provide the solds you won't give them any credibility because I can't magically pull 2022 sold from the future?

My recommendation is for you to accept that BB50 is not being treated as a normal 'ol prospect card. Can you accept this at minimum? Some critical thinking skills are necessary here....

those are 4 major players whose rookie cards were going to have a major impact on the baseball card market once they got the call up.

Amazing. Dominguez had a rookie card and yet he hasn’t even played in a MLB game not been on a roster yet. I thought there were criteria for rookie designations? I mean if Wanders is a RC because he debuted in 2021 then obviously Dominguez is a rookie too. No.

Other prospects are selling higher then the rc logo cards in the set as well so definitely more then 0.1% consider these rookies but you won’t win that argument here either.

You were trying to discredit 2022 product by using this current market and I was just pointing out how silly that is.

I have no problem with Bowmans best being treated as rookies cards. I will probably pick up some singles once the market cools off and I will be collecting 2022 as well. I still think 2022 product will be more favorable, but as most of us have said, collect what you like.

Apparently for some the most expensive card is the rookie card. Some of these rc logo guys are nuts.

RC is in 1991 Stadium Club with his college uniform

he was included in the "SPd" 1992 Stadium Club High Number Series with the packers

the 1992 is "worth" more money

Yes, Dominguez is a rookie card for the same reason that Franco is, and the other 28 "prospects", as has been pointed out at least 15 times by now.

Agreed on that. I don't like BB's design, I find them gaudy and overly busy. I actually like the RC logo. I wish Topps didn't pull this and there was no debate over Wander's rookie. I hope Topps is held accountable in some way, or at least they acknowledge what has transpired, but I highly doubt that either is going to happen.

what i meant is how people favored and valued more the 2nd year card than his actual rookie card, that's what i meant.

that's what will end up happening here with Franco too.

People will favor his 2022 stuff more than his one and only 2021 rookie card.
