Don't think that's moisture, just the glossy surface of the card meeting the plastic.

That’s what my shiny cards have done in the inner BGS sleeve several times. And yes, I can see that that’s a PSA holder.

Did you treat it with car wax before grading it? That's probably wax. If it is moisture, maybe leave in a ziploc bag with some uncooked rice for a day? May draw the moisture out of the slab.

Please keep us posted if the RICE method works. I had a card with your same issue and cracked it and there was no issue with the card. So short term, there is no damage but long term? Possibly...

I believe that's from the bend/arc in the card meeting the slab's plastic. Does not appear to be moisture.

It doesn't appear he accepted this obvious answer. Leaving the slab in a bowl of rice isn't going to do anything.

I also agree with you guys. There is a chance that the card is pushing up on the acrylic holder. In the meantime, I will try the rice method for a day and see there is any miracle.

Yes it's this, the cards can start curling more in the holder and touch up against the surface of the holder making that oil/moisture smudge look. You can push on the holder and see the spot move around. Some cards move around in holders while others are so stuck/pressed to surface that that oil look shows up.

Long term will this stick to the holder? A sleeve would solve that problem but sleeves in a psa holder look like crap. Older chrome cards are turning green, who knows what happens to them over time but they may start sticking due to the chemicals in the paper.

Thank you for your advice! If so, the only way to remove it is to crack the holder...

I just bought 2 Patrick Mahomes Prizm Silver RC PSA 10. Not real happy it wasn't disclosed in the listing.

Just tap the case on its side and it will go away. Worked for me anyway.

Really? Doesn’t seem like it’s gonna work, the surface is kinda stuck to the case....

It just happens with PSA graded cards. It isn’t moisture though. Just chrome sticking to plastic. I recently busted out some 99 Bowman Chrome cards that had this issue. None were stuck to the slab or damaged in any way

yep and it happens to BGS cases too. I don't think it damage the card in anyway but it is hard to look at lol

i have a SGC Rookie Bowman Chrome Lebron with this same issue. I kinda want to crossover to PSA also but i know i'm probably gonna have to crack it and give it a wipe down before i submit because the press up against the plastic probably created a smudge on the face of the card.

its been very annoying everytime i take a look at it. I thought it was moisture at first also
