Seems like it. I bought it off of eBay and the card image had terrible lighting (probably intentional). The seller had low feedback, but was at 100% so I took a shot.

Timing is the worst thing about it. A lot can happen in 150 Business days. I don't expect them to receive anywhere near what they got in March 2021, so we will see.
