THIS IS AWESOME and SAD all in the same. I hope this Eric guy sticks to his guns and follows this all the way through. reading the filing it seems pretty darn thorough.

Awesome because the crooks, thieves and pompous a-holes need to get uncovered for the harm they have done to the hobby

Sad because if and when this exposes the corruption the hobby is going to take a hit. But sometimes things need to get fixed in order to get stronger. This hobby is no different

I imagine Brent will throw his wife to the wolves on this. Just like at Nationals when he let her do all the talking.

Plaintiff seeks certification of the following class:
All natural persons residing in the United States or its territories, excluding the
Court and staff, who submitted cards for rating to PSA, purchased PSA rated cards,
or owned PSA rated cards during the time period when PSA was rating altered cards
and up to entry of judgment in this case.

Good luck with that.

And unless and until a class is certified, this is an individual claim by Eric Savoy.

Isn't this where they take out advertisements everywhere asking for people to go to some website to say they've submitted or bought a PSA slab?

All jokes aside, I'm glad someone is shedding light. Unfortunately, it will probably be settled and I don't see anything coming from this. Even with the evidence.

The collecting community would have to be very loud on every social media outlet screaming to everyone who could hear them, until a major news outlet picked up the story....hint..hint. Otherwise this will be very anticlimactic.
