Best I can tell there has not been an 8 sold in over a year. A 9 did 375 in October, 303 in June. Given that you do not pay any fees on the offer, it doesn't seem terrible.

There shouldn't be any concern unless the case looks tampered with. Value would be less than a PSA 9. Guessing more than a CGC 9 but not something I'm all too familiar comparing.
