Don't have a profile setup, but I had the same problem with top loaders. Scanning them sideways works much better for me. Zero success with penny sleeves, though.

Beckett charges for subs as well; that's why the no subs option is cheaper. We just didn't know until they offered the option. At least CSG was upfront about it from the start.

The 10% is the cash out fee, there is no "sketch" there. You pay the fee when you cash out your balance. With auctions you are cashing out from your balance to someone else instead of yourself.
